Umniah’s rewarding system enables postpaid subscribers to collect points based on their accumulative monthly payments and redeem them for shopping vouchers, credit on their invoices, handset sub payments, or as donations to Al Aman Fund.


How to Collect Points?

• Points will be gained based on subscribers’ cumulative monthly payments, where each JD1 spent per month is equivalent to 1 point, on the condition that the payment is no less than JD10 each month
• All payment methods such as cash, visa, master card, or direct debit are included in the program

Terms and Conditions:

• Points are valid for 24 months from the collection date
• The subscriber’s status should be active when redeeming points
• Points will be cancelled if the owner of the line is changed

Penalties:

• In the occurrence of partial disconnection of the line, subscriber will lose 10 points
• In the occurrence of full disconnection of the line, subscriber will lose 20 points
• After 30 days of full disconnection of the line, the subscriber will lose all accumulated points
